In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or have received the wrong merchandise, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your product.
For product damaged during shipping: You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection. Black Seed Products, Inc. must be notified by you regarding this claim.
Returns: Email us at for authorization to return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without authorization. Please complete the following form and submit with the returned item. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened merchandise. Opened merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight charges are excluded from refunds.
Due to our 24 hour shipping policy, we rush orders out as fast as we can. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours. Below are our times for shipping orders.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped during the same buisness day at 4 PM Eastern time. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (excluding holidays).
NOTE: If an order was placed on Monday at 9 AM, it will be shipped Monday at 4 PM. Our cut off time to cancel this order must be received by Monday no later than 12 PM.
We make every effort to ship orders that are received weekdays by 9:00am (EST) to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day.

All shipments outside United States are shipped by UPS or US Mail Service depending on the weight. Delivery times can vary between 5-7 days depending on location. Rates are based on item weight.
