I have been on Black Seed oil for almost a month for my acne trouble and believe me it has worked wonders for me.

Worked really great for overall health. More energy too. I have a shoulder injury from sports and it took away the pain as it is also has anti-inflammatory properties.

I started taking the capsules this year during the cold and flu season to help my immune system. For several weeks my co-workers were getting sick one after another, but I felt healthier than usual. I was amazed at how much stronger I felt! Eventually I did catch the cough/cold that had been going around (stress and extended lack of sleep will do that to you, no matter how strong your immunity).
